Refund and Returns Policy
At Menomae, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
